Rite Reno was founded in 2014 in Toronto, Ontario. Over the past decade we have completed hundreds of residential renovations across the Greater Toronto Area and South Florida, building a reputation for quality craftsmanship, clear communication, and a renovation experience that homeowners actually enjoy.

We handle a full range of residential renovations including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, room conversions, full interior transformations, and exterior and outdoor living spaces. Whether you are updating a single room or undertaking a complete home transformation, we have the experience and the team to manage it from start to finish.

For projects that need it, we partner with a dedicated design team who works alongside us from concept through completion. During the design phase we develop your layouts, select materials, and create 3D visualizations so you can see your finished space before construction begins. Once you have approved everything your design team stays involved throughout the build, keeping design and construction aligned at every stage. You get one seamless process, no surprises, and a finished space that looks exactly the way you imagined it.

Yes. Where permits are required we manage all applications and approvals as part of our standard process. We coordinate directly with the relevant municipal authorities and ensure everything is in place before construction begins. You do not need to manage this yourself.

Every trade and subcontractor we work with is carefully evaluated for experience, qualifications, and professional standards before we bring them onto a project. Many of our trade partners have worked with us across multiple projects and understand our expectations. We coordinate all trades throughout the build and hold every one of them accountable to our quality standard.

We provide regular progress updates throughout your project so you always know where things stand. Your dedicated project team is available to answer questions and address any concerns throughout the build. You will never have to chase us down for an update. We come to you.

Item dOur payment structure is tied to project milestones rather than arbitrary dates. A deposit is required to secure your start date and authorize the project. Progress payments are structured around specific phases of your renovation and are outlined clearly in your contract before work begins. Final payment is collected only after the final walkthrough and your confirmation that you are completely satisfied with the completed work.scription

Yes. We understand that a renovation is a significant investment and we want to make it as accessible as possible. Rite Reno offers financing options for qualified clients through our lending partners in both Ontario and South Florida. Financing is available on approved credit and can be discussed during your consultation. Ask us about available options when we connect.

Yes. Rite Reno stands behind the quality of every renovation we deliver. Warranty coverage is outlined in your project contract and we are always a phone call away if anything needs attention after completion. We present you with a complete project package at handover including all permits, approved plans, and warranty documentation so everything is organized and in your hands.
