In the rec room, a custom millwork feature wall, new wallpaper, built-in cabinetry, a modern stair railing and a statement globe chandelier give the space a warm, finished look. The former kitchen is now the kids' arts and crafts room, with a new kitchenette and updated lighting. The kids' playroom was outfitted with a climbing wall, ceiling-mounted rings, a trapeze bar and a rope ladder, and a cushioned sports floor. In the bathroom, a botanical wallpaper, new vanity and statement lighting bring the room up to date. To tie it all together, we installed all new baseboards and doors and painted throughout.
