In the kitchen, we installed new flat-panel cabinetry, quartz countertops with a generous peninsula, a tile backsplash, and a new undermount sink with a pull-down faucet. New lighting brightens the space, while the existing flooring ties it to the rest of the home. The bathroom was taken down to the studs and rebuilt with a clean, all-white look. The same marble-look tile runs throughout, polished on the walls and matte on the floor, with a matching mosaic in the walk-in shower. Frameless glass, a recessed niche and matte black fixtures, including a rain shower and a grab bar, complete the space.
